Low Body Temperature

Low Body Temperature contributes to a number of health problems. In short, when we are sick our bodies temperatures rise to fight the virus and/or bacteria. If we are living constantly under 98.6 degrees then this gives the viruses and/or bacteria an atmosphere to flourish.

I am constantly fighting to keep my temperature up. When my temperature is low, I'm tired! And when my body temperature is normal, I'm energized and there is a "knowing" that my body is working correctly.

The link below will explain in more detail the effects of Low Body Temperature and give some ideas to try to see if this could be your problem. Please note: The original link has expired so the top link will take you to another page within Kyrieology. I have left the original link— hopefully his page will be back up soon.
